hello ! here's the recipe of the chocolate charlotte
ingredients : 24 biscuits 125g dark chocolate 4 eggs 50 g butter 30g sugar half a cup of coffee and a tablespoon sugar amaretto (optional)
preparation must be done the day before
first prepare the coffee
add sugar
and the amaretto
mix well
put the coffee aside the coffee to let it cool
now let's do the chocolate mousse
do a water bath, a bowl in a pan with water
Cut the chocolate into pieces
put it in the bowl with the butter
let melt
once all melted mix with a spoon
it takes a few minutes
Then add the sugar
add the egg yolks one by one and you mix well
reserve the egg whites in another bowl
remove the bowl from the heat
let the preparation becomes cool
fill the mold with biscuits. Here is a charlotte mold
cut a piece of parchment paper to place at the bottom of the mold
it will be easier to unmold cake
pour the coffee into a soup plate and soak the biscuits
then garnish your mold
