Hi, this is Ben Hardy with Expert Village. Now we are going to talk about how to cut
our squash not that we have it all prepared. Take each quarter and we are going to make
slices straight down. Take your knife and just kind of slowly pull it. Make sure you
are protecting your fingers.
Now that you have them all sliced up we have smaller pieces. We have some longer pieces.
Some of these with tails like that, you can just separate. Cut those off and throw them
away or you can save them for another dish. But we want a nice uniform look. Some of these
bigger pieces you can even cut in half if you like. At the end your have nice little
slices of squash.
