Liz here from LizDialto.com as always teaching you how to get a tighter body on a tight schedule,
and today I'm going to show you how to tone your arms Tabata style.
If you are unfamiliar with Tabata style, the way it works is do each exercise for 20 seconds
on, take a 10 minute break and you do it 8 times. So you are going to get some serious
fat burning, muscle building, all kind of great stuff going on when you do to Tabata
style. So I have 4 exercises for you that each takes 4 minutes in the floor mat, so
this is pretty efficient 16-minute workout to tone your arms. So the first exercise as
you're probably not going to be surprised because you know I love my push up, so it's
going to be push up. So come on you can do them on your dumbbells or just your hands,
and you're going to do 20 seconds of push ups and then rest for 10 seconds, and repeat
that 8 times. Like a lot of my workouts you can do this rest-based, if you need a little
bit longer than 10 seconds take it, but make sure you have a timer set to alternate between
20 seconds on 10 seconds off and you're not messing with those interval times.
Next you're going to come into a plank and you're going to do a sideways, so you're going
to alternate raising the dumbbell out to the side while trying not to wobble back and forth
too much, so what you need to do is keep your feet nice and wide. The stronger your core
is you can bring your feet closer together and you won't wobble, but you want to make
sure you have a nice space to support. So for the most part you're keeping your torso
and your spine neutral, and you abs are in nice and tight. Then you're going to come
up for a tri-sec triceps extension, we'll just going to add a little lift at the end
to get an extra boosting, that's the move I took directly from all those Bar Method
classes I was taking in the fall. So triceps extension with a little lift that lift is
only about an inch, but that extra squeeze goes a long way.
And the last but not least, because we love fat burning we're going to do a high-intensity
interval for the last exercise, you're going to do a burpee with an overhead press. So
keep your dumbbells, you're going to do your burpee; out (the extra push up is optional
because you already did them so you don't have to it if you don't want to), in, up.
So if you do it without the push up, it'll just be out, in, up.
So those are your 4 exercises doing Tabata sytle. 20 seconds on, 20 seconds off, 8 repetitions
for each exercise. Do them back to back, rest as needed, and then about 16 minutes you'll
be on your way for nice toned sexy arms.

Have you heard of the "Willpower Sucks Solution" yet? This is a free training series that I
put together to help women all over the world to stop relying on willpower. One of the reasons
I say that willpower sucks is because so many of us have tried diet and exercise programs
that rely on willpower and what happens? The willpower runs out, then you feel like crap,
you blame yourself. So I'd put together this three-part free training series, totally free,
to teach you how to ditch will power and get results using three non-negotiable keys for
results that last. So if you want to get your hands on the "Willpower Sucks Solution" head
on over to LizDialto.com/willpowersucks, there's probably a link right here around my stomach
somewhere, you could just click that link as well, and I see you over there on the training!
