businesses need to communicate with employees customers and suppliers on a
regular basis
but with so much going on it can be difficult to get you a message to the
right person at the right time
information is available everywhere you know you see the television you read
the newspapers visit there's a mass of information available
but how can we deliver it in a pertinent way
in a way that the audience actually wants to receive it the challenges that's
uh I face in communicating with the sales force is that
number one their global and number two I expect them to be in front of the customer not in
my office waiting to hear from me the past three or four years we’ve realized the
value of video both as an editorial tool
and as a tool for our advertisers to reach the audiences they want to reach the faster we can
deliver those messages to our clients and to our intermediaries we feel that they are
better informed they have much more knowledge about the product
they have a far greater understanding of what's going on which translates for us
as an organization

folks that are in front of the customer
