Now over time and especially in the shower mould can start to form
It will pretty much happen in any wet or humid spot in the house.
There are many harsh chemicals you can use and some of them do a good job
But there is one sure way to kill and remove mould
in and around the house
And that is with vinegar. So its just a simple matter of putting some into a bottle
now i haven't diluted this, it is straight up vinegar and we are going to spray the mould.
Now we are going to let that sit for ten minutes then we are going to come back and most of the mould
should be dead and the rest will scrub straight off.
So it has been about ten minutes now
And all I'm going to do it use a toothbrush
and you will find
it will start to scrub
right off. Look at that its coming of already
It is so much easier to get of once it has been soaked in vinegar because it is dead
Is it was still alive it would really cling to the grout
and just rinse it off
so its all nice and clean
and thats it, look how much better that grout looks now
so as you can see it is mould free
But if you don't get it of the first time, if you have a really bad problem with mould
just give it a second soaking with vinegar and a scrub and it will come right off.
So that is how you remove mould from the home without using any harsh chemicals
whatsoever. Thank you for watching this episode of home handy hints. Please leave a comment
