Hi, I’m Andrew and I’m going to show you how to use email to submit a ticket to the
help desk to get technical support.
It’s simple. Just send an email to tulane@supportcenteronline.com.
Include a good keyword in the subject of your email.
For example, if you want to know how you can get a copy of Microsoft Office, make sure
to include Microsoft Office in your subject line.
Describe your problem, and be as thorough as possible in order to help the customer
Service Rep trouble shoot your issue. Include your operating system, the browser
you are using and your physical location if that information might be relevant to your
problem. If you can attach a screenshot or video that
demonstrates your issue, that’s even better.
Click send and you’ll immediately receive a confirmation email. You should get a response
addressing your issue within 24 hours
And that’s how you submit a ticket to the help desk using email.
