Hey everyone! This is Lisa and today I'll show you guys how to make an easy yummy salad
thats really filling.

For this salad, I used wheat berries and they are high in protein and fiber and has lots
of B vitamins plus they are low in glycemic index. So if you wanna learn how to cook them,

First, strain the water from the wheat berries, and place them on a large mixing bowl. Add
in the spinach, tomatoes. I used my go to favourite ACV dressing which helps boost your
metabolism, so click here to learn how to make it and it only requires 3 ingredients.
Lightly drizzle the salad so you can enjoy all the flavours and mix them together. Finally,
you can sprinkle the avocado cubes at the top and you are done! Let me know how it goes
