Hi, this is Josiah Owen with Expert Village, and today we'll be talking about making meatless
lasagna. Now to get our lasagna ready, we're going to need to get the ingredients. We're
going to start off by getting extra *** olive oil, about six to eight small tomatoes,
three garlic cloves, two tablespoons of thyme, three teaspoons oregano leaves, two cups ricotta
cheese, about one to one and a half cups grated Parmesan cheese, two eggs, six lasagna noodles,
one medium zucchini, sliced, one package fresh mushrooms, a whole onion, eight ounces tomato
sauce, fresh basil, black pepper, three quarters a pound mozzarella cheese, three fourths cup
fresh spinach, and a nine by thirteen baking dish.
