Hello there. It's Nichole Kellerman here - founder and creator of SuccessfulWeightLossSchool.com;
where women go to stop dieting, reshape their bodies and feel wildly alive. Today we're
doing an A in your Q segment. So, I am answering your questions. And today, we're entering
a question from Suzie. And Suzie writes, "Hey Nichole. I am great at working out but I still
struggle with my diet especially at work. Vending machines and coworkers left overs
are the devil. Help!" Hey. Alright Suzie, I know you are not alone in this but dieting
at work is almost impossible, right? It's really, really hard. That's why I'm not a
big fan of dieting. Dieting is a "No-Go" because it's sounds so restrictive. I have a few tips
for you Suzie. Number one. How exciting is work? That should a question for me. Is it
really exciting? Probably not because if you think about it we're seeking excitement in
the food. I mean how exciting does a bag of huge chips sounds or a brownie or some chocolate
or a cake? Doesn't that just sound exciting? And so when work is just some kind of 'blah'
we seek that excitement in food. So, I want you to really start having more fun at work.
What I tell with my Successful Weight Loss School sisters is load up that iPod with music
that you can t help but just nod your head or just tap your food. You know what songs
those are. Go into your iTunes account and load up a ton of music. Or go to YouTube and
start like a playlist or all kinds of fun music and anytime you're feeling a desire
to have some sort of chocolate or any sort of leftover that people are reigning in, you
put on a song and you do a little jam break.Or go outside. That would be even better because
you can do a little shooty and shake down. We need you to start having more fun at work
so you don't look for that excitement in food. Alright. Hope that helps you Suzie. Now if
you have a question, please email us and we would love to answer your question and help
you out any way possible. Love you guys. See you later. Bye.
