P90X3 Review Part 2
Hi guys, it's Greg from Get Fit with Greg. And today I am here with my P90X3 review part
2. I have seven FAQs that I want to talk about just very briefly in a little bit of a rocket
fire type of video in addition to the previous video I did. Today I am going to cover a couple
of things like P90X3 schedule, the P90X3 workouts and a few other things that are mixed in there
that you can expect when P90X3 comes out December 10th. Let's rock.
Number One -- I mentioned that the 20 workouts that are involved with the P90X3 but 16 of
those are in the base kit and 20 of those will become part of a deluxe kit.
Number Two -- Four schedules -- Classic, Lean, Doubles and then the Mass. The Mass is a little
bit more unique. A lot of guys especially are looking to add mass, get yourself into
shape and loose some body fat and you want to add some muscle and walk around the gym
like this. And that is probably where I have gone because I like to walk around like that.
Number Three -- Results of the test group. I mentioned this briefly in the last video
but 39 out of 40 people in the test group lost at least 10% body fat. Crazy! Let's see
if I can do a Tony Harter "Crazy, you've got some gorgeous moves, gorgeous. You are Gumpy".
Potato soup.
Number Four -- Yoga is only 30 minutes compared to the hour and a half or 93 minutes in P90X1
which was a big complaint by me.
Number Five -- Some of the added new workouts for the P90X3 were Pilates, CVX (which is
cardiovascular extreme) and then MMX (which is more of a mixed martial arts Kempo kind
of style, advance Kempo where you are doing some of this and some of that and jumping
around a little bit more. Get that heart rate up.
Number Six -- Equipment. Bands, dumb bells, pull up bar. That is pretty much all you need
and you probably have that if you have been through any other workouts at home. And then
one other thing is this, body weight. A lot of body weight will be used. Probably similar
to Insanity.
And last No Recovery Week. How nice is that? I know a lot of people really struggled with
the Recovery Week. Some of you may have been really looking forward to it but there will
be no designated Recovery Week but there will be one week where the intensity is lowered
just a little bit. So with only 30 minute workouts it's probably not the craziest thing
in the world to not have a Recovery Week where you just keep the intensity going. If I jump
back into the Doubles as well, you can even do Doubles because if it is 30 minutes and
you really want to take your results to the extreme, doing Doubles you are still doing
an hour a day. It's probably really not that crazy. Crazy!
So that is my P90X3 review part 2. So if I do this, that and then that for part 2 I think
we are ready to roll. And if you are interested, you have rocked out with some of the other
workouts or maybe you just want to get started and you are sick and tired of being sick and
tired follow the link on the email below or the link below this video and I will have
all the information where you can connect up with me and I will guide you through P90X3
when it comes out. We will rock this. We will get some abs, some muscles and we will increase
our energy. I'll talk to you soon.
