Okay, guys.
Let's get a little real here.
If you're anything like me and you hear that you get to cheat,
...like that you get to have wine on this 21 Day Fix.
Or, that you get to have chocolate.
You're already looking for ways to integrate it into your nutrition.
Here's my tip.
If you're trying to look good for an event,
then, by all means, do not cheat for 21 days.
Do your best to stay super focused to your program.
Let me show you how much wine you get per day and you only get to have it up
to three times a week...
and, not consecutively.
So, here's some herbal tea.
And, here is my wine glass.
That's it.
That's all you get.
For me, that's not enough to make me want to cheat on my diet.
However, if you're starting your fitness program and your nutrition, this nutrition
is new to you and you want to ease your way into it,
you have to take responsibility that you might slow your immediate results.
However, I think it's okay for you to follow this guide and integrate this wine
or chocolate in so you don't feel completely deprived.
