On most sites, ebrary now offers the following two download options for offline access to ebrary content:
create an image PDF of a specific chapter or page range, or
download an entire document as an e-book in Adobe Digital Editions format.
To create an image PDF of a page range or a specific chapter, click on the Download button in the search results list or Quickview.
You may be prompted to sign in to your personal ebrary account.
Select the option to create an image PDF of a chapter or range of pages,
then choose the name of the specific chapter, or enter the starting and ending e-book page numbers in the boxes.
Image PDFs of specific chapters or page ranges are subject to the same page range limits as printing from ebrary.
They are accessible on most computers and devices (including Kindle), and do not expire.
To download an entire document as an e-book in Adobe Digital Editions, click the Download button
beneath any title or from the Quickview.
Choose "Download an entire document"
In order to use this download option, you will first need to install Adobe Digital Editions, which is available for free online from the link provided.
Full title downloading requires that a user be signed in to their personal ebrary account and their personal Adobe Digital Editions account.
Titles you download are accessible on most computers and devices, but not Kindle.
You will be able to read and annotate the e-book offline on your computer, and transfer it to your supported devices.
Access periods are 7 days or 14 days, and you can return titles before they're due.
You can have up to 10 ebrary e-books checked out at a time.
To return a title, click the arrow to its upper left and choose "Return"
Some ebrary documents may not be available for this type of download.
