So this is our Single Breasted Chesterfield.
We always kind of when Rob and I talk there's always this Ted's reference that comes in,
because it's either got such a kind of great British
silhouette. And then we also came across this lovely image
of the novelist William Burroughs and he's got his little velvet top collared
Chesterfield on.
Looking proper cool, wrapped up against the cold with his scarf, etc.
So it kind of really puts on a good
spin to kind of come up with this Chesterfield. So we've got the velvet
over collar on there. We've set it into a frame around here, so it's got more of an elegant
sort of feel.
The lean lapels there. Very, very sartorial finishes,
the welts, the ticket pockets and then your kind of jetted flaps.
It's in a fine charcoal herringbone. It's lightweight. It's not too heavy.
Of course it's got the fully functioning
cuffs here. If I unbutton those, then it's got that traditional
very kind of Saville Row ticking stripe sleeve lining
to the inside there. Very, very sharp. Very, very elegant.
It's a really great gents overcoat.
