Me: Hi, good afternoon. They sent me here to receive a copy of the file for denial of duty of a complaint I placed yesterday at Police HQ.
She: Let me check for you.
Me: No one knows antyghing these days.
(After I ask him the same thing)
He: Where are you coming from? Who sent you?
Me: I'm just a regular citizen. Why, is it relevant?
He: Are you leaving me this just to make a copy?
Me: NO!
He: What are you requesting of me then?
Me: They told me at Headquarters (Police) that when a report is filed against an operator, they'd have a copy of the corrective actions available here.
So I need a copy of that report. At Judicial they told me I'd come here, but no one seems to know anything.
He: Sure, it is here, but it's per an individual basis.
Me: Yes, just give me a copy of the file with that file number (on the sheet I hand him).
He: They create the report, and we file it, so let me see if I can find it for you.
Me: Of course.
Clerk: Are you getting treated well?
Me: Well, matter of fact this guy who took the sheet is taking a little too long. What's his name?
Clerk: Ing. Dominguez.
Me: Is he the head of department?
Clerk: No, he's an auxiliary clerk.
Me: Well, let's hope he doesn't take any longer. I guess he's looking for the file.
He (Dominguez): At the present time we've not had the information as of yet available; however, Ing. Carlos Comadura Amaya, the head of
Department of Public Safety will receive you.
Me: Alright, thank you.
