recently ohio state has become a part of the national debate concerning
institutionalized racism and hateful race-based domestic terrorism that
persist in the united states

the administration acknowledged
what had happened
as a hate crime and not just vandalism
on friday april six organized by the student activist group always you stand
your ground about a hundred seventy students in fact he marched in a single
file line to the board of trustees meeting wearing all black and hoodies
they demanded the implementation of a campus wide hate crime alert system

same day students staged a sit-in
at the new will hire only you me and building
that resulted in the administration instituting these hate crime alerts
requested by the students
the spray painting of long live zimmerman on the health center is not
enough isolated expression of hatred but one of many taking place in columbus

so the review of their respective military von and
uh... speak out against this injustice the late nineteen sixties saw an
increase in black student activism to proved conditions for blacks on
university campuses
that resulted in students and educators organizing rallies against racism
such efforts resulted in the universe the actually being shut down for a week
distance confronted the national guard
the efforts of the students were a part of a quart nated nationwide movement
