neck massage? Pam: If people find it difficult to do the
neck massage what they can do is replace the massage with exercises such as bringing your
chin toward your chest and back up. Looking over one shoulder, back to middle, looking
over the other shoulder, back to middle or putting your ear toward your shoulder, back
to middle, your other shoulder, back to middle. You should do these exercises about 5 times
because they will help stimulate the lymph nodes in your neck. This is for people that
have difficulty reaching or the massage strokes strain their wrist or hands
