Unless you already own a Craftmatic Adjustable Bed, our bet is it's virtually impossible
for you to get truly comfortable in your own bed. That's because your bed is flat, but
your body isn't.
We're gonna discuss this with Dr. John Tanner, a distinguished osteopath who specializes
in musculoskeletal medicine.
Doctor, why is it so difficult for many people to get a good night's sleep?
Look at the bed you're using. Many times what one thinks some as a night time relaxation
or sleep problem is actually a bed problem. Since we spend 1/3 of our life in bed, it's
important to take the time to choose the bed we'd rest and sleep on carefully.
The problem with many beds is it they are flat but our bodies aren't. Our spine is actually
an S-shaped curved. When you lie down on an ordinary flat bed, there are gaps where your
neck, spine, legs, and feet are not supported.
So a bed that does not support you properly can definitely lead to the inability to relax
in bed and a lousy night's sleep?
Absolutely.
That is why I like Craftmatic Adjustable Beds. They support you better than any ordinary
flat bed can because they adjust to support the curves of your body.
