We're here to introduce you to our favorite drink, uh, the Monkey Julius.
Mark Morrin, the bartender extraordinaire will take it away!

Do one part orange juice, in a cold pint glass.
Do 3 parts Victory Golden Monkey.
At the very end, take whatever sparkling wine you want to use
and do a float on top.
And you've got yourself a Monkey Julius.
>>TOMMY: Now, the Monkey Julius is a great new drink for brunch. We've found it to be really popular here.
It started with the staff, and uh, we've found it makes the Golden Monkey even better.
It's a great alternative for a brunch drink. It makes sense financially,
and we think the customers will really enjoy it.
