Now we're going to go for one of the last steps in our stock and that is our shrimp.
So, because we're using shrimp, we're want to put gloves on so we don't cross contaminate
any of our other items and we're going to get a small bowl and we're going to save our
shells in there. Alright, we're going to peel our shrimp, start by pulling the legs off
and that will free up most of the shell. Then we're going to get rid of the head and then
once the shrimp have all been shelled, we're going to flip them over and look at this part
and if there's any black material in here, we're going to clean it out but we seem to
be pretty lucky, all seems clean.
