Wedding Photography Brisbane | Lauren and Roman.
Lauren and Roman are a couple that have jumped directly out of a fairytale. Roman with his
long hair and model good looks as the knight in shining white and Lauren looking every
bit the beautiful princess, enchanting hearts with nothing more than a glance from her stunning
eyes.
Photographing this wedding in one of Brisbanes oldest churches was an absolute treat. The
ornate architecture has a life of its own. In fact, when photographing weddings in venues
like this it requires mental discipline to ensure that you dont loose the moment, the
celebration of the marriage itself, amongst the surroundings.
The wedding photos were photographed in another of Brisbane's iconic attractions, the botanical
gardens.
What I loved most about Lauren and Romans wedding was that as a couple they were really
relaxed with each other and the members of their bridal party. My in studio language
for this part of the day is 'going for a walk', or 'the walk' and this is exactly what it
is, a stroll around the park and then back to the party.
With light fading rapidly at this time of year, I decided to contrast the prettiness
of their attire and presentation with one other background. On the way back to the reception
venue of Moda Event at Hamilton, we stopped by an industrial estate to photograph a few
more wedding portaits.
And this is something that I love about Brisbane wedding photography, the ability to shoot
in beautiful gardens and within a few minutes be in an industrial yard. It is the contrasts
and diversity of bridal portraits that really create depth and a comprehensive range of
memories from the wedding day. It also makes it a lot more interesting for me!
Our Brisbane wedding photography packages are designed to offer clients affordable coverage
for the entire wedding day. By staying to the end of the reception an enormous range
of wedding day memories are captured. Memories that will make couples laugh, cry and cringe
for many a year of marital bliss!
