What are you making? Dahi Undrallu
Ingredients required to make Dahi Undrallu
Curd, Rice Flour, Seasoning Seeds, Onions, Green Chillies, Curry Leaves, Coriander, Turmeric, Salt, Oil
Take a pan and boil some water (2 cups)
Make a dough by mixing some rice flour, salt and water
Make small balls (Undrallu) with the dough
Now, place the balls in the hot water and add 1 tsp of oil
Boil the dough balls for 15 mins
Take the boiled dough balls aside
Place the balls in curd for 3-4 hours
Take a pan and heat some oil
Add some bengal gram, white lentils and mustard & cumin
Add a cup of chopped onions
Add some finely chopped green chillies and some curry leaves & coriander
Add a little turmeric powder
Add salt as required
Add the curd soaked dough balls (undrallu) into the pan
Cook for 2-3 mins
Take the Dahi Undrallu into a serving bowl
Garnish with some curry leaves
