and I'm going to be showing you how to make a heart healthy lentil soup on behalf of Expert
Village. Okay this is the ingredients for our lentil soup recipe made in a heart healthy
manner. We would be using onions, garlic, carrots, green peppers, celery, lentils, some
oregano, some basil leaves, seasoning called McKay's beef style seasoning, the broth from
shiitake mushroom broth, tomatoes and tomato paste.
