You know it is starting to get chilly outside and I am having a problem.
You misplaced your beanie?
No, so funny Moe. I am having a problem with my furnace.
What seem to be the problem little bro?
It is not turning on.
You better get that attended to before we get some really cold weather.
I know I do. I don't wan to turn into a popsicle in the middle of the living room.
One thing you might want to try is try turning it off and on until it catches.
I have done that and it is usually works, but sometimes it does not and the house doesn't
heat up.
You may wish to try running it through an entire cycle with the furnace set on 73 or
so.
I obiously have checked to make sure the thermostat is set right as well.
Yeah, you need to check all the switches and breakers to make sure they are on.
Yes, I also have read that there are other simple things you can do before calling a
technician.
Oh yeah, shoot brother Joe.
Well, one thing is that you can do is to check to make sure that the AM and PM settings are
right on the thermostat.
You can also make sure that their is no dust and debris in the thermostat.
I am also supposed to check to make sure that all the switches are on as well.
You could check for any breaks in the wiring as well. You were just remodeling something
could have happened.
Ye, I could probably repair them with handy dandy electrical tape.
After you have done all that you could probably break down an call the handy dandy furnace
guy if you need to.
