The next exercise is the spine twist supine. So to begin, pull your legs up one at a time
until they are at a ninety degree angle with each other. This is called a table top position.
We will be returning to it later on. As you inhale, allow your knees and your pelvis to
shift over to one side. On the exhale, pull your lower abs in and allow that to return
you to the beginning position. Again, make sure that you are in a neutral spine and that
your ribs are relaxed. Other side. Inhale, across, and exhale to return to neutral. Inhale,
across, exhale. Use all of your lung capacity. Inhale, across and exhale. Make sure that
you do not roll over too far and if begins to hurt, stop.
