arrive. Some places, like Reno and Las Vegas, can issue your license in a day. Texas, on
the other hand, imposes a three-day waiting period. Ask when you apply how long you have
to wait before picking it up. Check your county's website to find out about waiting periods.
Step 6. Invite your guests, pick out your clothes, flowers, and food, choose your wedding
party, and decorate the reception hall. Step 7. Enjoy your wedding day and look forward
