This is puberty. It's a time of change. A time when your body is making lots of changes
and your mind is changing too. The situation for a lot of people is their confused and
frustrated and a little worried that some of these changes aren't normal. I'll let you
in on a little secret, these changes are happening whether you want them to or not. They are
going to be over probably by the time you are finished with your teen years. So just
accept it and embrace it. Accept who you are. It is so important to feel good about yourself
from the inside out. Often times we watch media images, magazines and TV shows telling
us exactly what we're supposed to look like. What our ideal bodies are supposed to look
like. For guys it comes along with a lot of muscles. For girls it comes along with big
***, curvy hips, and thin bodies. I want you to throw all these images out the window.
It is important to embrace who you are, it's your level of confidence. It's how you feel
about yourself from the inside that is going portray how attractive you are on the outside.
Not all of these silly changes that you are going through that are going to end very soon,
so hang in there. We all go through puberty. It's all going to be okay. Love the body you
are in, it's the only one you've got.
