According to new studies by Deloitte, more businesses are feeling compelled to leverage
social media to ensure the success of their businesses.
However, many businesses are at a loss as to how they could create a successful social
media campaign. Deloitte University sought the feedback of a variety of experts to assess
what businesses could do to use social data to improve their operations management and
lead to better decision making. This program was part of Deloitte University
ON Event series, which was setup to generate the necessary discussion to lead to new ideas
