I like to say 20 years ago, when I was a broker, I was a hunter. I was out there digging for
information. Information wasn't so readily available, so you had to hunt for it. You
had to dig it out. You had to put it all together, and then translate it to your customers. And
today, you have to do the same thing. You're searching for it in a very different way,
not so much on foot as with your fingers. But, I don't think you could be successful
today without having a little bit of that hunter mentality. You have to stay ahead of
your customers, and I always assume the customers today are equally good hunters.
