Roasted Pumpkin Soup
hello, from Mütevazi Lezzetler kitchen with love and respects
in this section we have a soup recipe
we will share "Roasted Pumpkin Soup" recipe
but firstly the ingredients
2 slices of pumpkin (approximately 0,5 kilograms)
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of red pepper
some black pepper
1,5 tablespoon of flour
1 glass of milk
1 tablespoon of butter
1 coffee cup of olice oil
1 teaspoon of salt
and 5 glass of water
let's start cooking "Roasted Pumpkin Soup"
we transfer the pumpkins which we prepared in to a heatproof container...
after peeling pumpkins weighing is 0,5 kilograms
we will give it to the oven
we spread ped pepper on it...
cumin, if you want you can use kori (a type of spicy) instead of cumin
black pepper...
and salt
we said 1 coffe cup of olive oil
we pour the oil over
now we give the pumpkin to the oven which is heated at 190 degrees before
and bake until it melts
after 45 minutes
the pumpkin is baked, we shall cook the Béchamel sauce
we add flour onto the butter
we roast until it is colored
the flour is roasted, now we add the cold water
and we continue cooking until it reaches the rigth consistency
by the way we add some salt
now we add the pumpkin which is taken out from the oven
as you see they became mild
we add it with its oil
now we blender the ingredients
now we add the 5 glass of water
not too much, we bake for a while
the soup is ready, we don't make it boil too much
now we turned off the fire and we will service piping hot
the ovened pumpkin is baked with the soup we prepared
now we will transfer it to a platter and carry to the table
