hey Adam Tageldin here just going on my run hike 50 pounds on my back there it's
a little muddy today try not to go to 100 pounds when it's not too great you
can see how money it is find you I want to remind you that that your mind
yourself will try to stop yourself from doing the things that you really want to
do and achieve you'll talk yourself out of it I'm tired I don't need to do that
anymore whatever might be oh yeah the constant reoccurring dialogue the small
when you're making yourself small when you're shrinking yourself down a little
misty or something when you get making up excuses of why you don't want to do
that it will sound like the truth and reality to you but the truth is this you
can do whatever you desire and if it's exercise or a sale or any kind of
challenge or a problem that you have
and you're talking yourself out of it
either talk yourself into it or don't even talk just do you're gonna be
focusing a lot on taking action this year because what I've seen as people go
and do motivational seminars they get excited they get rah rah rah I can do
this yeah and they don't have the skillset or the support system in place
for them to build the skill set just because you know how to do something
doesn't mean you have the skill set to do it like you would doing something
else in your life like riding a bike and it could be riding a bike
so remember don't talk about it don't think about it sometimes don't even plan
it just take action and create the plan around you see ya
