Hi! I'm Terri Turco with Expert Village. Now, to wrap it up, that's what we're going to
do. We're going to wrap up some biscotti. So many people really like to take these with
them when they're traveling or in the car. It's really just a really nice little house
warming gift to give a friend. I usually take 2 or 3 pieces of biscotti. You just put them
in these little plastic bags. These plastic bags you can get like at craft stores or fabric
stores. They're just small little kind of a plastic bag, and they're really great. I
use them for so many different things. You can put biscotti in them. You can put homemade
bread in them. You can put a little gift in them. It's really easy because you just wrap
your 3 biscottis, you take some decorative ribbon, and you cut it off the spool. Also
available at craft stores near you. You can tie just a little tie. You don't have to worry
about them drying out because it's twice baked. It's already a dry kind of cookie and it'll
just warm up when they put it in that coffee. Make a little bow. Tie it up. Just in case
that isn't enough, you can just take some little stickers if you like and put the word
biscotti on it. Stick it on right there. I think you can agree that that looks really
professional like you got it from some big bakery, but it just came from the best bakery
of all, your kitchen. I think you can see with this biscotti demo that we just finished
for Expert Village, it is really such a simple and easy cookie to make, and one that most
people really love and enjoy. Not only can you dunk it in your coffee and really enjoy
all those flavors, but it really is a great cookie to wrap and go. Whether you want to
take it with you when you're in the car or driving, but don't dunk and drive at the same
time. It's not advisable. Or just give it to your friends. You never have to worry about
the biscotti drying out because it's a twice baked cookie and it's already dry. I want
to thank you so much for watching on Expert Village. Go home and make some biscotti. It's
simple, easy and I know you're going to love it.
