Today is the start of the three-day UK School Games.
Go!
I've been training a lot, I've been doing a lot of hard interval sessions
and I've been going out on long rides.
I can't imagine my life without judo. I just enjoy everything about it.
I like the competing. Obviously there are some things that are difficult but
you take out the negatives and just focus on the positives.
I train every day; you have to work hard and you have to grind to the best you can.
You have to keep going.
I was watching the Olympics when I was five and I wanted to start
so my Mum took me to my local club and then I just enjoyed it so I
carried on every since.
It gives a similar feel of what the Paralympics or Olympics or
the World Championships would feel like.
I have represented Great Britain in two Paralympics myself and now I am a coach,
I'm on the other side of the fence. I don't know whether I am more nervous
now as a coach than I was as an athlete.
It's the best experience I've ever had and I encourage everybody to get
into cycling or any sport.
I'm really enjoying it; it’s been an amazing experience.
