The difference between a groundworks module and a quarterly would be the personal
and direct exchange of information, the exchange of knowledge
but also that personal touch. - It wasn't a large group, so yes it was
less intimidating and a lot more helpful. - As a supervisor my goal for employees today
was for us to come together as a team, work really hard, learn some new stuff
and just grow closer. - The groundworks module definitely brings
more of an internal focus to the instructor rather than it being a big show and
looking at having them be entertained. They get a little taste of that,
but then everything else is geared towards them and what they can take home
and actually change some lives in the club. - The smaller group brings more opportunity
for networking not only with the other trainers but also my peers.
- So the biggest difference between a groundworks and a quarterly would be
the personal connection. And I think that's what being a Les Mills
instructor is, is to be really personal with our
members and I think as a company Les Mills is attempting to do that
so we all feel connected and feel connected with our program.
- So get on board and get yourself to a groundworks module as soon as you can.
- The small setting, the opportunity for rapid-fire relevant feedback and the
scale-back schedule are going to really make you glad you did.
DON'T JUST TEACH A NEW RELEASE... OWN IT.
