Hi! I'm Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering located in Round Rock, Texas on behalf of
Expert Village I'm here to show you a chunky chicken cacciatore. Okay I'm going to add
some garlic now I like garlic in almost everything so I'm taking a little paring knife and I
want to get the garlic finely chopped. So I'm actually doing this the same way I did
the onions making several surplices and as we cut along we have some small chops of garlic.
I think you can put garlic in everything it is healthy, it is good, good for you. So we
are going to use a couple of clove in this. I got a nice sharp paring knife so it makes
it easy to get these fine chops like I always say watch your fingers and we would slice
along get a small dice of garlic. Anyway so here is our dice garlic we would put that
aside and move on to our next step.
