This neckline style is cape. It's called a cape. This is just a general basic principal.
This is not necessarily a little bitty capelet per say that you would wear over something.
You could have a cape style neckline and have it still be attached to the same garment.
It doesn't have to be separate, a separate garment that's worn on top. What I'm showing
is just the opening. The neck opening is such that it's a cape. Say that, say you have all
one piece of fabric and then it obviously goes in, obviously kind of like a cardigan.
So if you were to stand it up it would go, it would be way, way, way wide once it stands
up. I'm trying to figure out. And then there's, that would be where the stand is but it folds
over and flops like a cape would. And think of like the disco dresses from like the 70's
disco dresses that you see that have the sheer overlay little tie thing, little capelet thing?
That's pretty much what this style is only it can be attached. It doesn't have to be
separate.
