What's up y'all this is ScottieLaDeaux from thefortressofnerditude.com, you probably noticed
I did not say Brokebachelor.com and that's because we decided that Brokebachelor is probably
more of a category as opposed to a central theme of the blog. Since I primarily do reviews
about tech related items it seems more fitting that we would title the blog something that
has more to do with that subject matter, which is what I would call "Nerd Tech". So the
old URL will still works if you have brokebachelor.com saved as a bookmark. First of all thank you
for doing that, but it will still work, it will just redirect to thefortressofnerditude.com.
I would like to point out to you that it is thefortressofnerditude.com not just fortressofnerditude.com
there is actually a site out there by that name and it is not me. I do have to say though,
that fortressofnerditude.com to is a very cool site even though it's not mine I do recommend
it. He is into things like, comic book culture and superhero stuff it's a very cool site,
check it out. But with that aside, thefortressofnerditude.com is my blog so if you're looking for my blog
make sure you include "THE" at the beginning of the URL. Anyway moving right along, the
reason for this video today is to talk a little bit about a website I first mentioned a few
weeks ago in the video I made about the top 10 smart phone applications. This website
kind of coincided with instagram and it allows you to view a live stream of photos that have
been geo-tagged from several cities all across the globe in real time. It's really cool!
Its places like Paris, LA, NYC, Rio, Madrid, etc. The site is called This Is Now. The URL
is kind of wierd but I will post it in the description of the video. If your into checking
out unique photos and people doing unique things on instagram then you'll probably really
enjoy This Is Now. Also, you may notice there is a new category on the blog called #bachelorgram.
This is my personal take on instagram. The "Bachelorgram Feed", as I call it, includes
photos from people I know personally but also many photos that I've double tapped (or "liked")
on This Is Now so
you will see photos from all sorts of places I've never been. So without any further ado,
here is
a quick visual preview of This Is Now.
