The racking of Brunello di Montalcino
We are in our cellar to taste the future "Brunello di Montalcino" 2010.
From time to time we taste it to check the evolution of the wine.
Today we have to decide if it's the time to move it from the barrel or leave it there.
Well, the wine can stay in its barrel for other months.
We have saveral kind of barrels. This one is the classical round large barrel used to age the "Sangiovese", which will become the future "Brunello di Montalcino"
