What are you going to make? Fruit Biryani
Ingredients required to make Fruit Biryani
Apple, Pineapple, Grapes, Pomegranate Seeds, Ginger-Garlic Paste, Basmati Rice, Carrots, Beans, Green Peas, Garam Masala, Star Anise, Bay Leaf, Coriander, Mint Leaves, Salt, Cashews, Ghee
Take a pan and heat some ghee
Fry some cashews and keep them aside
Add some cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, bay leaf, star anise and cumin. (1 sp cumin, and the rest is as per taste)
Add some chopped potato pieces
Add some chopped onions & green chillies. Also, add 1 1/2 spoon of ginger-garlic paste
Add 1 cup of chopped beans & carrots
Add 1 cup of green peas
And add 1 spoon of garam masala
Soak 2 cups of rice in water for 10 mins
Add the soaked rice into the pan
Add 3 1/2 cups of water to the rice after 2 mins
Add some mint & coriander leaves
Add salt as required
Close the lid and cook for 15 mins
Add some chopped pineapple
Add some pomegranate seeds
Add a few grapes and some chopped apple. Then, Mix the fruits with the rice
Close the lid again and let the fruits get steamed in the hot rice for 10 mins.(Do not turn on the stove)
Take the fruit biryani into a serving bowl
Garnish with some mint leaves and fried cashews
