Now that our oils are all blended we are going to turn down the heat on our stock and we
are going to squeeze a lime wedge into our juice and then we're going to add our ginger
and our onion and we are going to add a tablespoon of orange juice and then we're going to throw
our shrimp in. We're going to give this a stir to coat and we're going to measure out
half a cup of vegetable stock and we're going to add this to our marinade. So after we stir
them we want to make sure that our shrimp is underneath all the marinade and then we're
going to go ahead and chill this for about 15 minutes.
