Welcome to iPad Troubleshooting. I'm Rich Dixon. And I'm Jennifer Gibson. This course
was designed to provide you with solutions to the most common troubleshooting needs,
the types of issues like troubleshooting wi-fi, restoring deleted apps, that, on the rare
occasion they do appear, pose a disruption to your instructional environment. Our goal
is to give you concrete solutions that you can apply right away, as well as provide you
with a foundation for basic troubleshooting. Each episode begins with the most basic solution
and works toward more complex fixes. Jennifer, can you give an overview of what will be covered
in this course. We will review how to back up your iPad, general troubleshooting tips,
troubleshooting apps, restoring deleted purchases, erasing and restoring your iPad's data, and
troubleshooting wi-fi connection problems. Go ahead and watch these in any order, or
feel free to watch all or portions of this troubleshooting course, to get a step-by-step
set of instructions. We recommend you have your iPad with you as you are watching. Take
