Hi, I’m Marisa Peer, thanks for joining me today: I’m going to show you how to make
your body a super efficient fat burning machine; it’s actually quite easy; when you eat protein:
eggs, chicken, meat, your body starts to burn fat, protein contains Peptides YY which encourages
fat burning; and so when you eat protein you burn fat that’s why you never see fat lions.
When you eat carbohydrates, which is the rice, the potatoes, the pasta, even the cheese which
is full of sugar; when you eat carbohydrates, you literally force your body to store fat;
carbohydrates are starch they turn to sugar very quickly, when you have too much starch
of sugar in your body your insulin level goes up and you store fat. So very simply this
food burns fat, this food stores fat. Bodybuilders only eat protein for a competition because
they know they are burning all fat, endurance athletes, marathons runners actually eat pasta
loads cause they understand your body stores those foods, it doesn’t burn them, great
when you’re running a marathon, you need those stores, if you’re not running a marathon
you do not want to store fat. So you wanna burn fat eat this and this, and if you want
to store fat you eat this. Now, if you eat this for breakfast, eggs, you will absolutely
burn fat, if you have this for breakfast with some butter and jam you will a 100% store
fat. If you put this on this what happens is that it becomes totally neutral. The protein
slows down the sugar you’re in the middle. If you have meatballs and vegetables for dinner
you absolutely burn fat. If you have pasta with cheese you absolutely store fat. If you
put this with this what happens is that it becomes neutral. So you want to become thinner,
in every meal you ask yourself 2 questions: the first is, where is the protein? Adding
protein to a meal will slow down fat storing. The second is, is this fat burning? Is it
fat storing? This is fat burning, this is fat storing. If you want to be thinner you
have got to eat fat burning foods. Once you got thinner you can mix them together and
you will stay the same. This is how to make your body a super efficient fat burning machine.
And one more handy hint to stay thin, to get thin and stay thin, after lunch time don’t
have any of these, it takes so long to break down because it’s fat storing. So just take
