Student Finance England
give Fee Grants and Course Grants to continuing part-time students who
started their course before 1 September 2012.
To get these grants you must be studying at a course intensity
of at least 50%. This means you'll need to complete your course
in no more than twice the time it'd take to complete
if you're studying full time. Fee Grants help with the cost of your study
and can be up to £1,270 a year.
It's paid direct to your university or college
and how much you get depends on your course intensity
and household income. Course Grants help with books,
travel, and other course-related expenses
and can be up to £275 a year.
It's paid direct to you and how much you get depends on your household income.
Neither grant has to be paid back!
