Alright, so this is where the bottom is, right where my right pointer finger is going. Alright,
so I am going to grab clay from down there, and I'm going to bring it up towards the middle
like this. Now I'm going to start flaring it out, just a little bit, but not too much,
alright. And there is one of those inconsistencies I was talking about. It's not a problem, we
just come back and get rid of that all together. Alright, so when something like that happens,
you can just come down, put all that clay back where it was, wheel-wedge it again. This
is a good thing about throwing off of the hump, is you can just do it all over again
here. Flatten it out, thumb-poke. Let's get back to where we were. Compress, compress,
and compress. Then make sure that doesn't happen again. I'm really pressing down on
the lip here, while I throw it up. Alright, so at this point, you want to take a look
at it and see what size we're getting to, establish our bottom a little more. Compress,
alright. And now we're ready to start forming our bowl again.
