4 grapefruit, 1/2 lemon, Brandy or Rum, 160g of sugar, 25cl water
Squeeze the 4 grapefruits
Put it in a jar
Put the 25cl of water and 160g of sugar in a saucepan
Heat it until the mixture boils
Reserve in a heat proof containing
When it cooled down a little you can add it to the mix
Add a small glass of Brandy or Rum
Stir it all
Make the mixture stand 45 minutes in the refrigerator or 25 minutes in an ice bath
Squeeze a lemon
Add the lemon juice to the cold mixture
Put the mixture into the ice cream maker
Start it
Wait about 25 min
Stir it a little and serve
