Hey welcome everybody, my name is Lars Erik Robinson, I'm with LarsEr Arts All Around
Art-Tainment. Today I thought we'd talk about how to draw fire, and most people like to
draw fire on cars, so I pre-sketched in a car here and I'm doing the fire flames. So
usually when the fire comes out they have opposite ends of the curves that go, and the
little end pieces are smaller and the beginning pieces are bigger. So by the wheels I want
to try and have like the wheels are on fire. So I'll put a little red in there to show.
So you always start with the red on the bottom of it, and here's a, and then we'll take yellow,
enhance the flames by showing the yellow, coming off the, you want to go with the red
and away from it. So that maybe you will smudge in some of the red and will give it an orange
color. So you want to get it graduate flame color change. So here's your car, and here's
your flame, once again, repeating the curves. Have them go opposite of each other, like
if this flame is flipping up like that, you want to have another one the goes the other
way, so it gives it a flip. I hope that explains to you guys how to do flames. It's always
fun, it's a lot of curves, a lot of twists. Enjoy, thank you guys for joining me today.
