If you have planned a festive table
or you just want to please yourself and your loved ones delicious pastries -
prepare a cake "Drunk cherry".
The name tells for itself: this cake contains a small amount of alcohol,
in which we will infuse our cherry.
For this recipe we will need the following products:
flour, cocoa powder, condensed milk, sugar, cream,
brandy (you can use cherry brandy or ***)
chocolate, baking powder, butter, eggs and cherry - the main ingredient.
First you need to prepare a cherry.
I washed cherries well and remove the seeds.
Shift it to the bowl.
Add 3 tablespoons sugar.
Pour brandy.
If you are preparing the cake for the kids, do it without alcohol - just with a cherry.
Prepared cherries leave to infuse for 5 hours.
Let`s preparing biscuit.
Immediately prepare a mold.
I took a split mold, paved the parchment paper, and greased bottom.
I turned on the heating oven to 180 C.
All this must be prepared in advance.
Take two containers: one for egg whites and one for the yolks.
And so all 8 eggs.
Now you have to whip the whites until lush foam.
Add a pinch of salt.
Whip using whisk.

Gradually add half a cup of sugar here.
Add a little bit.
Whip.
Need to whip the yolks with the sugar for biscuit.
Add sugar.
Whip using whisk.
Add the half whipped egg whites to the egg yolks.

We will sift through a sieve and add to the whites and yolks.

Gradually we shift the remaining whites into the batter.

The batter is ready. Take mold for baking.
Pour the batter into the mold.
Put to bake in a preheated 180°C oven.
It took 40 minutes. We can check our biscuit.
Open the oven. Pierce biscuit with a wooden stick.
Dry stick - biscuit is ready.
Pull out and leave to cool in the mold.
Start cooking cream.
Cherry is infused. It is needed to be decanted.
Cherries should be relatively dry.
Let cherry flows.
Next prepare cream out of butter and condensed milk.
Take melted butter.
We shift into a saucepan.
Take a blender with multi-function blade.
Will grind butter and beat it.
Now we will gradually add the condensed milk and continue beating.
Add cherries to the cream and stir.
Set aside. Cream is not finished yet.
Cooking on.
Biscuit is cold.
Will cut the biscuit into 2 parts.
The upper part is thin - it will be cover.
The lower part is the capacity in which we put the cream.
Carefully remove the lid.
Cover should get a thickness of about 1 cm.
Put aside.
Now we have to remove part of the soft biscuit.
Making sidewall 1-1.5 cm thick.
Remove the rest soft biscuit by hands.
Put in a plate.

Crumb is in a separate plate.
Pepper 2/3 of the crumbs in the cream.
Reserve third crumb for cake decorating.
Stir.
We shift cream into the biscuit bowl.
Flatten.
Align cream neatly.
Finish.
Cover top with a lid.
Press down slightly.
Put the cake into the refrigerator for freezing the cream.
Will cook sweet.
We put in a water bath to melt chocolate.
Turn on medium heat and melt chocolate.
Chocolate is melted.
Add the warmed cream to it.
Stir. Also on the water bath.

Add a piece of butter.
Stir again.
If you use dark chocolate, you can add a little sugar in the sweet.
Cooked sweet put on the surface of the cake.
The sidewall of the cake will be decorated with the crumb.
