Today we are going to show how to cook a curry from Sweet Corn
Today we are going to learn a healthy dish without any masala called Beerakaya Sweet Corn Curry
Ingredients required for Beerakaya Sweet Corn Curry
Ridge Gourd, Sweet Corn, Milk, Onions, Green Chillies, Turmeric Powder, Curry Leaves, Salt & Oil
First heat some oil in a pan
Add some chopped onions into the pan
Fry them until they are golden brown in colour
We can cook many variety of dishes from ridge gourd like pickle, curry and salad from it
Add some turmeric powder into the pan
Add one bowl of raw sweet corn into the pan & mix well
Add one cup of sliced ridge gourd pieces into the bowl & mix well
Add some sliced green chillies into the pan
Add some curry leaves into the pan & mix well
Add one spoon of salt into the pan & mix well
Now cover the pan with a lid & let it cook for 5 minutes
Ridge gourd is a healthy and rich in fibre vegetable
Add some milk into the pan & mix well
Now cover it with a lid & let it cook for a while
Now take the Beerakaya Sweet Corn Curry into a serving bowl
