What an interesting performance art piece by Tilda Swinton So no one knows what the
intent behind the piece is, right?
That's right, but it's definitely got me curious. One of the ideas behind the work is that the
viewers don't know the original concept, so it's really left open to each individual to
interpret it for themselves.
Is it about temporality and the impermanence of art? Or life? Or is it about the nature
of chance and what can happen when the unexpected occurs?
Well, those sound plausible. I guess it's up to viewers to decide. And now, what else
do you have for us next?
Now in other celebrity news, a popular couple calls it quits but the "he" in the equation
will soon have something to distract him. I have the details for you next.
Singers Katy Perry and John Mayer's on-and-off relationship has hit rock bottom once again,
and the two have broken up for the second time.
The couple started dating last summer, which was about six months after Perry and her ex-husband
Russell Brand filed for divorce.
Perry and Mayer called it quits for the first time in August, but reunited in September.
Mr. Mayer will soon have something to soothe his aching heart.
He will be hitting the road this summer for his "Born and Raised" tour.
The singer will play 40 shows in the U.S., one in Canada and two in Latin America in
celebration of his 2012 album of the same name.
The tour will be his first in three years, following a break from performing after a
battle with a serious throat condition.
Mayer's tour will start on July 6th at the Marcus Amphitheater in Milwaukee and end on
October 5th at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.
