I think that nearly all Russian steel manufacturing companies agree today on the fact that the current state of market will remain the same for two or three years.
Nobody is expecting a global decrease in the current state. Probably, there will be some fluctuations, but we are not expecting a significant rise as well, particularly within the regional market. So, nearly everybody focuses on controlling their capital expenditure, cash flow, cost optimisation, particularly control of capex in regards to the capacity increase.
To a greater extent, we can wait for the projects directed to cost reductions in the industry, some projects directed to the capacity increase, in our company and, I think, in other companies as well. But it should be well-integrated costs. As I see it, they should be controllable in time with the possibility to stop or postpone, divide into modules and phases.
That is, perhaps, an answer that is no different from my colleagues. For me, this event is a platform for communication with colleagues. To my surprise, it was useful, because I understood that I was wrong in some of my colleagues’ perceptions. It was really useful to discuss, understand different points of view, see where we do differ and have a chance to meet again, maybe, outside of this platform and bring my position to them.
