What do you think of Whirlpool vs Honeywell air purifiers? When you say Whirlpool, I think of leaky fridges, not air purifiers. I thought the Whirlpool Duet was a top rated fridge. The Whispure 300-CADR air purifier by Whirlpool is $350. You can often find it on sale for three hundred or so. For that much money, it ought to be perfect. It is four stars, like the Honeywell. And for that much money, it ought to change its own $25 filters. I was thinking about those electrostatic tower air filters. No filters to clean. So you get to dust the air purifier once in a while instead. Whirlpool makes those, for $200, while Honeywell's models range from ninety to a hundred and fifty dollars. What if Honeywell has lower quality? Then you can afford to buy a spare or a replacement.
